Where experience is limited, successful applicants will be supported through structured training and supervision, in line with the Care Certificate standards.
No formal qualifications are required for entry-level roles; however, experience in care is preferred . Recruitment decisions are made based on the needs of the service, the skills mix within the team, and the individuals values, attitude and potential to deliver hight-quality care.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills, a good command of spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK are required.

Job Responsibilities:
As a health care worker, you serve as the primary source of support for our clients. Your role involves assisting them with daily activities, such as facilitating their morning routines, providing personal care, administering medication, shopping, managing household chores, aiding mobility, and offering companionship. You will collaborate with a range of professionals, including GPs, mental health specialists, district nurses, and advocates. It is essential to maintain accurate daily records and report any updates promptly, ensuring that the office is consistently informed of any changes for effective implementation in the client’s care plan.
As a Care Coordinator, you will manage staff calls, client calls, and staff shifts. You will handle calls once the roster is organized to become acquainted with clients, their locations, travel times, and the distances between them. This understanding will keep you informed about our clients' needs, high traffic areas, available parking for staff, and any potential challenges that may arise. Additionally, you will consistently collect feedback from both clients and staff to guarantee that everyone’s opinions are heard, taken into account, and acted upon when appropriate.
As a Supervisor, your responsibilities will include conducting spot checks on staff, holding meetings with team members, ensuring that all training is current, updating the Training Matrix, and guaranteeing that all employees have access to the necessary support. You will also meet regularly with the Manager to address any concerns, request resources for ongoing team development, and collect feedback from both clients and staff. Furthermore, you will organize meetings, supervisions, and appraisals to ensure that every staff member feels supported and content in their role.
As the Customer Support Manager, you will act as a liaison between the Council and private clients. You will conduct client assessments, develop care plans, and perform risk assessments through discussions with clients and by attending calls, ensuring that the implemented care plan is both reflective of and effective for their needs. Additionally, you will adapt the care plans as client needs evolve. You will serve as the vital connection between clients, management, and staff.
The Manager will engage with all Office staff daily to guarantee that all elements of care are maintained at high standards, that our customers are satisfied, and that we cultivate an exceptional workplace for our employees. The Manager will oversee the company's adherence to compliance in all areas. They will meet with staff to ensure they feel supported, have the necessary training and resources to perform their roles effectively, listen to their opinions and feedback, and take action on any future career development plans.
The Manager will handle calls to ensure clients receive appropriate support, that care plans are accurate and current, and will collect all feedback. The Manager will conduct meetings to ensure Quality and Compliance, review all Quality Control matrices, and implement any necessary changes.
